Weight Loss Wednesday

Welcome to Pink Lemonade's Weight Loss Wednesday!

I still have a sick little one, her temp spiked to 104.6 yesterday (scared the bejezzes out of me!) - so, since I'm exhausted and typing this at midnight, I'm going to keep it short...

Did you try anything from the "F & G" list last week? Here's your "H, I & J" List:
Haricot Vert (a kind of green bean), Horseradish, Jackfruit, Jaffa Orange, Japanese Eggplant, Jicama and a new one that I'd like to try Jerusalem Artichoke - "It isn't an Artichoke and it doesn't come from Jerusalem. The jersalem Artichoke is actually related to the sunflower. The bit we eat is an ugly little tuber (like a small thin potato) that tastes amazing. It has a smoky taste that really excites the palette."...not sure where to find these, maybe Whole Foods.

At first, we were sort of skeptical of these chewy candies claiming to be hunger-busting snacks. But they taste pretty great and really do leave you fairly full. And they're infused with a whole bunch of vitamins and minerals. Best of all, not only are they portion-controlled into 100-calorie packs, but each Chew is individually wrapped (so you can spread out this snack and continuously kick a PB craving throughout the day). Thanks for posting some of the new weight loss foods. I am starting back to work and now 4 months post pregnancy and need to start loosing the belly baby fat so any ideas help. thanks again.
