‘Summer Passions’ Gourmet Food and Wine Event Celebrates Season

Olympic Valley, Calif. – Resort at Squaw Creek’s Summer Magical Memories Summer Passions bring the best of food and drink to life with a summer celebration weekend co-sponsored by Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. The event, which takes place July 31 through August 2, begins with an outdoor evening reception with tapas paired with Antinori wines, and the delectable eats and flavorful beverages flow all weekend. Guests will catch Mr. Mojito as he prepares his namesake beverage, taste Domaine Ste. Michelle sparkling wine infused with summer fruits, experience winesicles made with Snoqualmie Riesling, and sip sangria made with Columbia Crest wines.

Chef Sara Kops of Resort at Squaw Creek presents healthy summer recipes on the Six Peaks Terrace paired with wines from Chateau Ste Michelle. A wine and cheese party under the stars with a classic movie and wines of Villa Mt. Eden Winery peaks the weekend fun. These are merely a sampling of the events. An all access weekend pass to Summer Passions is $175 per person, plus tax for non-hotel guests, and $125 per person, plus tax for registered hotel guests. Passes are limited.
