10 Things I Have Learned Since Becoming a Parent

1 ~ Small plastic balls are a perfect fit in the U-bend of a toilet (and the only way to remove them is to completely remove the toilet and push them out backwards.

2 ~ Washable markers are NOT always washable.

3 ~ There is a LOT of sugar in a 5lb bag….enough to make a HUGE mess on the kitchen floor.

4 ~ A couch is better than any trampoline available on the market.

5 ~ Boxes are just as much fun (sometimes more) as the toys that come in them.

6 ~ A kitchen floor can go from freshly mopped to a sticky, dirty mess in less than five minutes.

7 ~ I will forever thank Barney for the “Clean-up” song.

8 ~ A bathroom sink is the perfect Barbie swimming pool.

9 ~ A kiss makes almost anything feel better.

10 ~ I wouldn’t trade my job (Mom) for anything in the word.

What have you learned?

Haha. This is funny and very true. I am not a parent, but can see all of these things happening at some point in my life.
