I have found that the best lower body exercises to firm and tone are squats, jump squats, squat holds (59 seconds each time), lunges, and high knee reverse lunges. ( I highly recommend EA Active Personal Trainer for Nintendo Wii on the High setting for a hard core lower body workout).

Here is my best lower body workout, but I don't know the name of it! Here goes:
- Lie flat on your back with your palms down and legs/knees bent " shoulder width apart.
-Slowly bring your pelvis up toward the roof while brining your knees together.
- Slowly lower back down, but only hover above the floor.
- Repeat 15-20 times, each time hold the pose in the "upward" position a little bit longer to really feel your abs/core/sacrum tighten up.
Thanks for the great giveaway!
