Even though I go to the gym, I love tennis so much that I find myself hitting against practice walls even when it's cold...with an MP3 player to distract me from the cold. Also, I make my own energy bar with the main ingredient being Oat Bran, finely ground. Super low in calories, extremely high in fiber, it fills me up and keeps everything moving, so to speak! Can't say enough about Oat Bran. And I always use Agave in my sweets...no sugar high!
