Let's Get Rid of the Grocery Cart in the Convenience Store Mentality
Yesterday, I took a trip to my local Whole Foods Market where I met with Michelle, the Marketing Team Leader for the store. She was just as nice as can be and she is actually doing the program herself! She shared with me many of her tips for making this program work, incorporating
it into my life and choosing the foods that will give me the most nutritional bang for my buck. Michelle taught me about the ANDI (Aggregate Nutrient Density Index) scores of foods in the store and how I can choose foods like dark leafy greens that have the highest or healthiest scores.
I'll be back on Monday, where we'll be officially on day 1...
