Vanilla Yogurt Sorbet
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
32 oz. Greek Yogurt (one large container)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions:Mix sugar and water. Heat in saucepan until sugar dissolves. Chill before using.
Mix cold sugar syrup (from above) with yogurt and vanilla extract.
Freeze in ice cream freezer, following manufacturer's directions.
